About the Role

We're searching for a skilled ERP Manager with advanced expertise in Microsoft Dynamics - Wiise to join this growing Australian manufacturer. You will:
  • Lead ERP Strategy: Develop and execute the company's long-term ERP vision to support growth, efficiency, and best practice.
  • Drive Implementation: Manage rollout of new Wiise (Microsoft Dynamics) modules and functionality, ensuring smooth adoption and integration.
  • System Integration: Oversee integration of ERP with CRM, supply chain, and other core operational systems.
  • Process Improvement: Build, review and optimize ERP workflows, automating and streamlining business processes.
  • Project Management: Deliver special projects and critical system enhancements—especially a new e-quote tool vital to our commercial success.
  • User Support & Enablement: Act as the key point of contact for all ERP issues, empowering staff to use systems effectively.
  • Governance & Compliance: Manage ERP budgets, resources, and participate in shaping company policies and procedures.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of ERP trends, regulatory changes, and emerging best practices.
What We're Looking For
  • Mandatory: Expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (Wiise) - you're the ERP super-user everyone turns to.
  • Manufacturing/Production Experience: Proven success implementing ERP solutions in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to formulate, lead, and communicate ERP strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Strong Project Delivery: Demonstrated track record delivering complex ERP projects on-time, including cross-system integrations and new feature rollouts.
  • Process Automation Mindset: Passion for workflow improvement and digital transformation.
  • Leadership & Communication: Experience supporting, mentoring, and uplifting ERP users at all levels.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally—especially with operations, IT, finance, and commercial teams.
