Let's talk about the role and responsibilities
As a Senior Salesforce Developer / Tech Lead, you'll work alongside a team of like-minded individuals within the Salesforce community and partner closely with our clients on a wide variety of collaborative and innovative engagements. You'll be:
- Utilising your core consulting and Salesforce technical skills to offer technical knowledge and implementation experience with all core Salesforce tools, offerings, and products.
- Leading the design, build, test, and deployment of complex Salesforce solutions, working within architectural guidelines.
- Scoping and designing features and enhancements to the platforms to meet a wide range of business requirements for customer experience.
- Advising on best practices of the platform and leading solution and technical design of the platform and its integrations.
- Working closely with developers and functional consultants to build and develop features aligned to design and architectural standards.
- Mentoring and guiding junior developers and testers.
What we're looking for in Salesforce Developers would be your:
- 5+ years implementing Salesforce Solutions.
- Deep knowledge and experience in the Salesforce platform, particularly across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Community Cloud and common AppExchange apps.
- Demonstrated understanding of underlying client business problems and the ability to develop Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that address their needs.
- Proven experience with Apex, Triggers, Classes, Lightning Web Components, API Web Services, and Salesforce declarative programming techniques.
- Capability to communicate effectively with stakeholders while managing their expectations.
- Core Salesforce Certification (including Admin, Sales, Service, PD1) Preferred: Industry Cloud Certification - Salesforce Architectural Certifications - Experience, Loyalty, Data Cloud accreditation highly regarded.
- You will work with like-minded technology enthusiasts and professionals who can provide training and assist with learning Salesforce capabilities and internal training.
