Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with experience in both Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions that enhance our sales processes and streamline the quoting and product configuration functionalities. You will work closely with the sales and business systems teams to ensure that Salesforce and CPQ are tailored to meet business needs and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Customize, configure, and maintain the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform to support the sales team's objectives. Design and implement solutions to extend Salesforce functionality using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies. Create and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows within Salesforce. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Ensure the Salesforce platform is optimized for performance and scalability. CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) Development: Design and develop custom solutions within Salesforce CPQ to streamline the quoting, pricing, and product configuration processes. Customize CPQ components, including product bundles, price rules, discounting structures, and approvals workflows. Implement pricing strategies and configure CPQ to support dynamic pricing models. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales operations, ensuring the CPQ solution meets business objectives. Integration & Automation: Develop integrations between Salesforce, CPQ, and other third-party systems, such as ERP, using REST and SOAP APIs. Build and optimize automated workflows using Salesforce Flow and other automation tools to enhance sales operations. Testing & Quality Assurance: Participate in unit and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that solutions are functioning as expected. Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Salesforce and CPQ, ensuring minimal downtime and operational impact. Documentation & Training: Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce and CPQ configurations, customizations, and integrations. Provide ongoing support and training to users to ensure they are effectively using the system and its new features. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs. Proven experience working with Salesforce CPQ, including configuration, customization, and integration. Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud features, data model, and best practices. Experience with third-party integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms. Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I, and CPQ Specialist (preferred). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. In-office Commitment: This position requires a commitment to contribute to our collaborative culture by working in-office three days weekly.
