About the role

We\'re seeking enthusiastic Social and Community Services Employees (Disability Support Workers) to join our small, committed team. You\'ll provide person-centred support to clients with physical and intellectual disabilities, helping them achieve greater independence and wellbeing in their community.

Responsibilities
  • Support clients with daily living activities and community participation
  • Provide care for clients with varying needs and challenging behaviours
  • Work collaboratively with clients and their families
  • Travel to various client locations across north east Victoria
Qualifications
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Valid driver\'s licence
  • Working with Children Check
  • Professional approach with excellent communication skills
