Resort Duty Manager

Beach House Seaside Resort is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Resort Duty Manager to support all resort departments and work closely with the Resident/Onsite manager. This hands-on leadership role plays a key part in maintaining high operational standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide daily support to the Resident Manger and all departments to ensure seamless resort operations.
Assist the Resident Manager with weekly reporting, meetings & taking minutes.
Act as a Guest Services Liaison - handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly across departments.
Collaborate with the Housekeeping Supervisor on arrivals, departures and room moves.
Oversee unit allocations to optimise guest satisfaction.
Manage invoice coding, budgets and fund allocations.
Process levies, coordinate mail-outs, and support debt collection efforts.
Lead recruitment, onboarding and training of resort staff; mentor and support team development.
Implement initiatives to support staff engagement and retention.
Review timesheets and rosters (Tanda) and coordinate payroll processes.
Monitor, review, and ensure compliance with all Resort policies and procedures.
Support refurbishment projects and liaise with service providers and contractors.
