Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space and driving website traffic and leads.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising. Manage the company's social media profiles and presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) Optimize content for the website and social networking channels to improve visibility and engagement. Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and others. Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools and prepare reports. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings. Assist in the development of content marketing strategies and coordinate with designers and writers. Manage and maintain the company website, including updates, improvements, and ensuring the site is SEO-friendly. Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers when needed. Stay updated with current digital trends and best practices.

Key Selection Criteria

Essential

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. 3+ years of proven experience in a digital marketing or similar role. Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Hubspot. Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing. Strong graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with strong analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Desirable

Flexible and available to work additional hours during peak periods when required. Familiarity with the charitable sector. Exposure to CRM systems and project management tools.

Candidates must have the legal right to live and work in Australia.
