3. Ensure Customers are provided with a good shopping experience.

4. Maintain suitable inventory and decide re-stock value of various items depending on sales per week.

5. Prepare purchase orders for products and equipment as per the needs of the store

6. Determine the product mix as per customer feedback, sales figures, and future potential of new products.

7. Design marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain old customers.

8. Decide weekly specials based on clear objectives of targeted sales.

9. Hire and train floor staff, customer service attendants and stock fillers.

10. Maintain compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
