Mercedes-Benz Sydney are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workshop Manager to oversee the daily operations in our busy workshop. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, proven leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. The Workshop Manager will play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of work, maintaining high-quality standards, and compliance with policies and procedures.

About The Role

• Supervise and lead a team of technicians
• Work with productivity and efficiencies of the team
• Ensure high-quality workmanship as per the Manufacturers guidelines
• Oversee service and repair operations
• Maintain a safe and efficient working environment
• Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex vehicle issues
• Hold toolbox talks to communicate effectively and strive for workplace safety

About You

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in an automotive workshop
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
• In-depth knowledge of Mercedes-Benz vehicles or experience within the Premium sector highly regarded
• A commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
• A positive, can-do attitude and an excellent communicator
• Automotive qualifications & current driver's licence
