About The Role

Salary from $122,147 per annum (plus Super) including a 9-day fortnight

Role

Within our Works Delivery team, we have a vacancy for a Work Group Coordinator to join the Cambridge team in Southern Tasmania. This role plays a critical part in the safe and efficient delivery of work (both customer-driven and network maintenance) and covers a range of functions including:

  • Coordination of various in-field activities supporting different stakeholders
  • Scoping of works, including equipment, materials, and resources
  • Organising effective network outages
  • Leading and fostering a safety-first culture within the team
  • Liaising with customers, external service providers, and stakeholders
  • Leading and supporting work crews technically

As part of this role, you will have access to a Tool of Trade vehicle.

About You

Your leadership skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail will lead to success in this role. Problem-solving, making timely decisions, and providing professional technical advice are highly valued.

You must hold or be able to obtain a Tasmanian electrical practitioner's licence, and be a qualified Lineworker, Live Lineworker, or Dual Trade with relevant experience in complex environments.

You should be available for overtime and on-call duties, with a strong safety focus, and always look for business improvements to ensure customer satisfaction.
