About the opportunity:
As a leading disability services provider, Northcott offers a range of high-quality services and support for people of all ages. We support people with disability to find a home, participate in the community, learn important life skills, and access therapy. The Sales Development Partner plays a key role in connecting people to Northcott services that can support them to achieve their goals.
The role works collaboratively with local service teams to grow awareness and reputation for Northcott in the local community.
By understanding the needs of the community for which they are responsible, the Sales Development Partner will generate demand for Northcott services and support new customers through the enquiry and sign up process.
The role is business focussed, looking for opportunities to sell Northcott's services across the region and maintaining a consistent, structured and efficient approach to achieving and exceeding targets, whilst ensuring that customers are properly engaged and supported to live the life they choose.
Role Requirements:
- I am a strong self-starter, empathetic, and adaptable, thriving in collaboration with diverse teams, customers, and business contacts.
- Desirable to have in-depth knowledge of the disability sector, NDIS, and disability housing, and I am always eager to expand my expertise.
- I express myself clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, ensuring meaningful communication with others.

- I stay organized, responsible, and flexible, using my problem-solving abilities to thrive in dynamic environments and achieve my goals.

Essential Qualification and Experience:
- Iconsistently achieve sales targets in a service environment with confidence and dedication.
- I have a proven ability to identify and nurture new customer opportunities, leading to significant sales growth.
