Job Description
  • Ensure all quality assurance processes meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality control systems to maintain product excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the factory to optimise work flows.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance across the 2 manufacturing operations.
  • Analyse quality data and generate reports for management review.
  • Provide training to staff on quality standards and best practices.
  • Address and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production quality and efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
  • A strong background in quality assurance within a fast-paced FMCG industry.
  • Bachelor of Food Science/Technology (or related field)
  • Experience in Engineering & Manufacturing processes and systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant high risk regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in analysing data and creating detailed quality reports.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and train team members effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
