Overview

Quality Manager - BRAND NEW ROLE Eastern Victoria at For Purpose Aged Care Australia. This is a new role leading our Quality Coordinators across sites in the Eastern Victoria region.

Responsibilities
  • Lead our Quality Coordinators at each site (including Cardinia, Langwarrin, Clyde North and Warragul) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement processes in line with the Aged Care Standards and associated requirements for our aged care residences across Victoria.
  • Support Residential Managers and Quality Coordinators to maintain compliance with relevant aged care legislation, guidelines and standards.
Qualifications
  • Understanding of quality, compliance and clinical governance within aged care
  • Experience in development and implementation of quality systems and continuous improvement processes
  • Excellent knowledge of the Aged Care Standards and accreditation process
  • Excellent understanding of quality assurance and auditing processes
  • Able to conduct gap and risk analyses and drive continuous improvement
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
  • Able to coordinate, educate and mentor clinical staff
  • Practical aged care experience in a clinical role
  • Deliver measurable improvements in service quality
  • Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
