As a Digital Engineering Lead, you will monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. • Lead and oversee engineering programs from initiation to completion
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful project execution
• Manage resources, timelines, and budgets to achieve program objectives
• Drive alignment and communication across stakeholders and teams
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

6+ years of experience in engineering program management or related rolesProven track record of successfully delivering engineering projects on time and within budgetStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentExperience in risk management and problem-solvingProficiency in project management tools and methodologiesWE VALUEStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively in cross-functional teamsAttention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyAdaptability and flexibility to manage changing project requirementsPassion for innovation and continuous learning
