Tax Manager

Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Manage a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and delivering value-added advice
- Review complex tax compliance work, including consolidated income tax returns, fringe benefits tax returns, and tax effect accounting calculations
- Provide strategic input on tax planning, private binding rulings, and R&D tax incentive applications
- Collaborate with other service lines to ensure integrated client solutions
- CA or CPA qualified (or equivalent)
- Significant tax experience in a professional services environment
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Strong technical knowledge across a range of tax matters
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
