Tax Manager

You will lead a team of talented tax professionals, work closely with senior leadership, and provide strategic tax advice to a diverse client base.
Clients range from large private groups to listed companies, giving you exposure to a wide variety of complex tax issues.
Clear progession pathways and structured development are on offer with this organisation.Key responsibilities Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback Manage a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and delivering value-added advice Review complex tax compliance work, including consolidated income tax returns, fringe benefits tax returns, and tax effect accounting calculations Provide strategic input on tax planning, private binding rulings, and R&D tax incentive applications Collaborate with other service lines to ensure integrated client solutions About you CA or CPA qualified (or equivalent) Significant tax experience in a professional services environment Proven leadership and people management skills Strong technical knowledge across a range of tax matters Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role within a firm that values career development, work-life balance and long-term growth.
