Arkeus is a world leader in the provision of wide-area autonomous optical search systems in the Search, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance space for Defence, Civil Defence, and Environmental Sustainment applications. We specialise in the design, fabrication, manufacture and distribution of these innovative systems. About the role:

As our Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for developing high-quality, persuasive, and tailored proposals in response to all Tenders and EOIs. You will lead the end-to-end bid process for strategic pursuits across commercial and defence sectors.

About you:

• An experienced Campaign Manager with a passion to lead, write and win tenders.
• Proven experience in writing and coordinating tenders.
• Exceptional written communication and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong commercial acumen and client-centric thinking.
• A collaborative, proactive and outcomes-driven mindset.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimise sales campaigns to drive lead generation, conversion, and customer value and retention.
• Coordinating the full bid lifecycle, including timelines, formatting, version control, and submission requirements.
• Translate complex operational and technical information into clear, concise and persuasive responses.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather input and validate content.
• Supporting broader business development efforts, including capability statements and marketing materials.
• Maintaining and evolving a library of bid content and templates.
• Create and maintain a campaign calendar to ensure timely delivery and coordination of marketing activities across multiple channels.
• Implement a stage gate process for tender responses.

Your experience and skills:

• Ability to respond to complex ASDEFCON tenders and panels (desirable).
• Degree or equivalent experience in writing, communications, or a related discipline.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
• Experience in Shipley's or similar (desirable).
