Marketing and Brand Manager

We are now searching for a Marketing and Brand Manager — a creative, commercially minded professional who can own the end-to-end marketing function, bring fresh ideas to the table, and execute them with precision. This is a role for a self-starter who thrives on independence, takes initiative, and knows how to build brand presence in a competitive market.

What you will be doing

Lead the Marketing Strategy – Develop and execute campaigns that strengthen our brand and drive qualified leads.

Content & Brand Management – Oversee high-quality content creation for social media, EDMs, website, media articles and more.

Social Media & Digital Growth – Manage and grow LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok with planned content calendars and paid ad campaigns.

Website & SEO – Keep our site up to date, visually engaging, and optimised for search.

PR & Media – Build relationships with journalists and secure coverage for acquisitions and key milestones.

Events & Partnerships – Plan and execute client events, corporate functions, and brand activations.

Continuous Improvement – Always seek new opportunities to enhance branding, marketing reach, and campaign performance.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in marketing and brand management, ideally within property, professional services, or high-end brands.
• A strong digital marketing understanding, including SEO, paid advertising, social media strategy, and analytics.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and take projects from concept to completion.
• Ability to produce engaging content and initiatives relevant to commercial property audiences.
• Proficiency in marketing design, digital advertising platforms, and analytics tools.
