We are looking for a Dental Assistant Trainee for a high standard, modern dental clinic with great working environment, located in Wangaratta.

Work-life balance is on offer with this role too as you'll be working part-time as well as being paid to study as you build your skills.

The Role

The successful candidate will be trained up in all aspects of Dental Assisting:

  • Providing chairside assisting
  • Room and work space preparation
  • Infection control
  • Sterilization of instruments
  • Dental procedures
  • Client engagement

This is a fantastic career-start opportunity to become trade qualified. As trainee, you will receive both on and off the job training working towards Certificate III Dental Assisting which will see you employed directly by Kestrel.

Requirements

  • Positive can do attitude
  • Willingness to learn
  • 100% commitment to undertaking this 1 year traineeship
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • High standards in personal presentation
  • Ability to work with in a team
  • Passion for working in the dental industry
