We are seeking passionate Graduate Occupational Therapists to join our industry-leading Graduate Program kicking off January 2026 with roles available across North Lakes. You will be supported across all steps of your journey to develop your clinical expertise across the NDIS and the community.

As an OT in our team, you will help participants from age 6 to 65, with a range of conditions, including neurological conditions, ASD and psychosocial.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from clients\' homes to day centres, parks and our clinic rooms.
  • Collaborate with a committed MDT to develop innovative solutions for your clients.
  • Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.

We\'re committed to helping you grow as a clinician. Our program starts you off with a full week of graduate-specific induction sessions, including a comprehensive introduction to community practice, the NDIS and life at Better Rehab.

  • Support: You\'ll be surrounded by colleagues who support you through challenges including a buddy from last year's graduate cohort to answer questions and provide guidance
  • Supervision: Mentorship by a discipline-specific 1:1 Supervisor to help you navigate all areas of working with Better Rehab, including your transition into full-time work within your new office. They will also provide clinical support within the NDIS and your caseload.
  • Ongoing Training: 6 months of dedicated induction, training and upskilling to set you up for the rest of the program and your future career.
  • Study Leave: 4 full days paid study leave per calendar year.
  • Resources: The works—laptop, phone + all sites have therapy and assessment resources ready to grab and go.

About You

We\'re after clinicians with a genuine interest in supporting participants with Disability who get restless when they see room for improvement and aren\'t afraid to speak up about it. Who have a fire in their belly about participant care and treat participant goals like personal missions, not just checkboxes on a form.

You Will Also Hold
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy with a graduation date in 2025 or January 2026.
  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • An NDIS check, a Working with Children Check, and a Police Check (or willing to obtain)
