Sales Consultant - Pest and Hygiene - Hobart

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team on a full-time permanent basis in Hobart. Your responsibilities will include leveraging your sales skills and outgoing personality to acquire new clients within your territory. This role involves managing an assigned territory covering Pest Control and Hygiene services in Hobart, East Coast, and Launceston. You will work towards achieving and exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets while building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders in the business services industry.
You will be welcomed into a friendly and competitive team that is highly motivated and goal-oriented. Full product training, along with hands-on support from the Sales Manager and team, will be provided.
We offer a competitive base salary, a highly rewarding uncapped commission structure with an OTE of $140k+, a company vehicle, mobile phone, tablet, and ongoing coaching and development. This role has the potential to earn an OTE of $180k for high performers.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Driving sales revenue by hunting new business opportunities via cold calling
- Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve targets
- Building strong customer relationships and managing a sales pipeline
- Identifying customer needs and delivering successful sales solutions
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven success in B2B Sales
- Strong ability to convert clients and adhere to KPIs
- A data-driven approach and relationship-building skills
- Excellence in cold calling and territory planning
- Good understanding of business clients in Tasmania
- Autonomy and resilience in facing challenges
- Excellent negotiation and solutions skills
