Account Manager

Overview

Account Manager, Murdoch, Western Australia, Australia. Permanent, full-time role based locally in Murdoch (relocating to Perth CBD in late 2025).

Responsibilities

• Engage key account prospects via cold calls, emails, and networking to generate leads, build relationships, and win new business.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
• Prepare compelling proposals and negotiate contracts aligned with Kleenheat's strategic goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes using CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards throughout the sales process.

About You

• Ideally 4+ years of experience in acquisition sales or business development, ideally within the energy, utilities, telco, or insurance industries.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets in competitive environments.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Resilience, self-motivation, and a passion for continuous improvement.

WesCEF locations and relocation

WesCEF operates across multiple locations, with our two major hubs being in Kwinana and Murdoch. We're excited to share that our Murdoch office will be relocating to Perth CBD in late 2025.
