Overview

As our team grows, we're seeking a highly motivated and passionate Clinical Educator to join the Hospital Care Division in Victoria. You will engage and deliver innovative training programs and solutions to medical, nursing and healthcare staff in hospitals across Victoria and Tasmania, reporting to the National Manager ANZ Clinical Support and Education.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver Education and In-Service Training Programs for both new and existing customers
  • Project implementation and delivering large-scale training programs
  • Troubleshooting clinical and product-related issues
  • Provide clinical support and deliver training to internal B. Braun Sales and Marketing teams
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis, and share updates

About You
  • Registered Nurse qualifications with current Div. 1 AHPRA Registration
  • Several years acute hospital nursing experience
  • Clinical experience in ED, ICU, CCU, HDU, Peri-operative and Anesthetics preferred
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage others in learning
  • Excellent time and project management skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to think on your feet and apply problem-solving skills
Additional Requirements

To be eligible to apply, you must have full working rights in Australia/NZ, a valid Driver's Licence, the ability to travel within Australia and New Zealand as required (occasional travel overseas), and be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
