Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time - 38hrs a week

Responsibilities
  • Lead change, champion practice uplift and excellence
  • Collaborate with Educators to observe, review, and enhance educational programs
  • Guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Work with the centre leadership team to drive transformative changes and educational excellence

You'll need
  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check
Qualifications / Experience

If you have previous experience leading change in education and hold either a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education), a Diploma qualification, or ACECQA approved equivalent, we'd love to discuss suitable opportunities with you.
