Position: Project & Directorate Coordinator
Role Details:
- Full-time, permanent role
- One RDO (Rostered Day Off) per month
- Salary: EBA Level 5.1 ($95,513.09 + Super)
- Location: Fawkner/Hybrid
The Opportunity
The Project & Directorate Coordinator is responsible for implementing effective strategies to ensure the Customer Directorate Leadership Team is aware of critical deliverables and that submissions are made in line with deadlines. The role collaborates with the Customer Program Manager to track all projects within the Customer Directorate, develops project governance documentation, and performs project coordination and administration functions, including supporting the Chief Customer Officer.
This role requires a collaborative approach, strong attention to detail, experience in project coordination and governance practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and gatekeep as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Customer Program Manager to develop and implement processes for Customer Project Control Group documentation, ensuring visibility of projects.
- Develop high-quality project governance reports and submit to stakeholders.
- Liaise with teams to ensure ongoing alignment of project governance practices.
- Perform project coordination on assigned projects.
- Implement planning tools to track deliverables, accountabilities, and deadlines.
- Act as a liaison between the Directorate and stakeholders to support collaboration.
- Identify and implement improvements to systems, templates, and processes.
- Support organisational change initiatives as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant qualification in project coordination/management and experience in a similar role.
- Experience with project coordination tools and software.
- Ability to develop high-quality project governance documentation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including minute-taking and report writing for executives.
