Overview

Role: Site Engineer - Civil for projects in Rockingham, WA. The role is initially based at our Balcatta office and transitioning to Rockingham in February 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out project tasks within assigned scope, ensuring compliance with design, budget, and schedule requirements.
  • Plan and organise resources, tasks and timelines to support successful project delivery.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure conformance with design specifications, safety and quality standards.
  • Provide technical input and support to project teams on design, construction, modifications and repairs.
  • Assist with procurement activities, supplier engagement and subcontractor management.
  • Contribute to project profitability by balancing cost, time and quality constraints.
  • Ensure project outputs meet budget, quality and time requirements while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Anticipate and address potential hazards using sound judgement and proactive action.
Qualifications and Experience
  • 1-3 years' experience as an Engineer; experience in marine projects is desirable.
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (essential).
  • Australian Defence background is desirable; must have relevant Australian working rights.
