Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Support Officer to join our client, a local council in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team within a progressive organisation, making a real difference in your local community.

Responsibilities
  • Provide IT support, including phone and deskside services.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of Microsoft Network/OS and Office applications.
  • Deliver excellent communication and interpersonal service, with a proactive and results-oriented approach and a commitment to continuous learning.
Qualifications
  • Experience in providing IT support, including both phone and deskside services.
  • Experience working in local government (desirable).
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • A solid understanding of Microsoft Network/OS and Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a commitment to continuous learning.
