Responsibilities
  • Be a Social Butterfly – Help clients spread their wings and connect with their community.
  • Teach & Learn – Support clients as they level up their life skills (bonus: you might learn a few too).
  • Drive the Fun – Take clients to programs and activities in Sunnyfield's vans.
  • Keep It Snappy – Write progress notes that are clear, concise, and fabulous.
  • Be the Team MVP – Collaborate with families and adapt to behaviour support strategies like a champ.
Qualifications
  • A heart three sizes too big (not medically, just metaphorically).
  • Experience in the disability sector is super important. You'll also need to have worked with clients who show behaviours of concern—knowing how to support them is key
  • Have completed minimum Cert III in Disability.
  • Willingness to assist with personal care when needed.
  • Resilience, empathy, and a "let's do this" attitude.
  • A driver's licence and reliable transport is a must.
