We're on the lookout for a freelance Digital Producer to join us for 2-3 months starting immediately.

The role

The role:

We are looking for a Digital Producer to start as soon as possible on a freelance basis for 2-3 months. You have experience working with multidisciplinary teams, and understand what it takes to deliver a digital experience that not only surpasses client goals, but improves the lives of customers.

You're a great communicator, problem solver and the project teams' biggest supporter - you are the superglue that holds them together. You remain calm when working at speed, not skipping a beat on the details and never lose sight of the bigger picture. You have a passion for digital project delivery and a desire to make a positive impact on the work you produce.

Your responsibilities

Your responsibilities:

• Manage digital projects such as landing page design, digital assets including e-books, event collateral, and UI product demo designs in Figma in collaboration with the internal design team for our Google client.

• Manage all aspects of end-to-end project management covering requirements gathering, SOW and functional requirements, estimating, timelines, resourcing and project status reporting.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams; liaising with and managing UI design resources, as well as handing over the assets to external development teams.

• Identify, mitigate, communicate and escalate project risks and opportunities to a Senior Producer.

• Review and provide feedback on work progress to ensure it meets Apparent's quality standards and project objectives.

Skills

You will need:

• Agency Experience

• 4+ years-experience managing a variety of digital project types; landing page designs, marketing campaigns, animated product demos and digital assets.

• First-rate project management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects at once, arranging projects in order of priority and finding efficient solutions to keep the workflow running smoothly

• Experience with workflow, collaboration and issue-tracking tools such as Google Workspace, Smartsheets, Jira, Figma or Notion.

• Understanding of how to manage and control project scope, schedule, budget and resource management / reporting.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and trust with team members and clients.

• Outstanding attention to detail, loads of initiative and motivation to learn new digital tools and take on new challenges.
