The Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia (RFDS) is one of the largest and most comprehensive aeromedical organizations in the world.
The RFDS South Eastern Section has provided Dental services to people in rural and remote communities in Far West and Upper Western NSW, SA and QLD for more than 20 years. Our Dental team provides oral health services via fly in fly out clinics from Dubbo and Broken Hill, as well as services from our mobile dental van.
We currently have an opportunity available fora Dental Support Officer to join our team Full-Time in Dubbo.
What we are looking for:
As a Dental Support Officer, you will;
Provide efficient, high quality administrative support to the Dental Team including;
Coordinate rostering for the Dental Team;
Manage appointments and bookings, liaising with the community for upcoming clinics;
Organise travel booking components for Dental Team inclusive of accommodation, travel and vehicles;
Process invoices, purchase orders and Flexi Purchase items;
Work collaboratively and maintain communication channels between external and internal stakeholders.
