Tuck Plumbing Fixtures is a well-established and leading supplier of bathroom and kitchen fixtures. Located in Osborne Park, we are seeking a Full Time or Part Time dynamic Sales Executive to join our family-oriented business, who will represent and grow our brand of premium quality products.

Overview

Role: Sales Executive responsible for growing sales, delivering exemplary service to new and existing clients, and supporting showroom operations.

Responsibilities
  • Managing the growth of sales and provide exemplary service to new and existing clients
  • Providing a professional and welcoming approach to all clients who visit the showroom
  • Establishing and maintaining a key contact point for clients and visitors
  • Maintaining sales and orders logs to ensure timely ordering of products
  • Contributing to maintaining an effective and efficient back office support system
  • Actively keep abreast of order status to ensure product delivery time frames are met
  • Assist with Goods Inwards and Outwards when necessary
  • Physically capable of manual handling and mindful of occupational safety and health requirements
  • General housekeeping within the showroom
What we are seeking / Qualifications
  • At least 2 years showroom sales or customer service experience (preferably in the Bathroom Supplies Industry or related, but not essential)
  • Proven track record of customer engagement leading to sales generation
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Suite and data management systems
  • Experience, passion and commitment to being personally and professionally successful
  • Interior Design skills would be advantageous
  • Social media skills would be a bonus
  • Valid Australian C class driving license
  • Minimum Year 11 qualifications
  • Permanent residency or Australian working rights visa
  • Availability to work Saturdays between 9am to 1pm
