Quality Engineer – Automation (Salesforce Service Cloud)

Work Pattern: 3 days onsite (hybrid otherwise)

The Opportunity

Own end-to-end automation for Salesforce Service Cloud (Lightning) and its integrations (CTI/telephony, email-to-case, chat, knowledge, middleware). Build reliable automation suites, uplift quality practices, and ship features with confidence alongside admins, developers, and product teams.

What you'll do
  • Design, implement, and maintain UI automation for Salesforce Lightning (stable locators for LWC/shadow DOM).
  • Build API automation for Salesforce and integrated services (REST/SOAP, OAuth 2.0).
  • Create robust test data strategies using SOQL/SQL; ensure environment readiness.
  • Define regression packs and quality gates in CI/CD (GitLab/Jenkins/Azure DevOps).
  • Drive shift-left testing, defect triage, and reporting (Jira/Xray/Zephyr).
  • Validate Service Cloud features: Cases, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Entitlements/SLAs, Email-to-Case, Live Chat, Macros, Service Console.
What you'll bring

Must-haves

  • 4+ years in QE/QA with strong test automation; 2+ years on Salesforce (Service Cloud).
  • Solid API testing (Postman/RestAssured/ReadyAPI) and framework experience.
  • CI/CD (GitLab/Jenkins/Azure DevOps), Git, and strong SOQL/SQL.
  • Clear communication, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce-aware tools: Provar, Tosca, or Copado Robotic Testing.
  • Salesforce certs (Admin, Service Cloud Consultant, App Builder).
  • CTI/IVR integrations, MuleSoft or other middleware; basic perf testing (k6/JMeter).
