MarTech Manager | Lead Digital Transformation in Financial Services
We're looking for a strategic and technically strong MarTech Manager to lead marketing technology initiatives for a global financial services organisation.
In this leadership role, you'll guide a team of engineers and tech specialists to deliver robust marketing and web technology solutions — advancing platforms like Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), and AWS.
You'll be working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, IT, and Product to evolve the MarTech roadmap, optimise platform adoption, and bring measurable value to the business.
What You'll Do
Own and evolve the MarTech strategy across Adobe, SFMC, and AWS platforms
Lead and grow a high-performing delivery team across Australia and international hubs
Drive agile delivery excellence, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement
Partner with marketing stakeholders to align tech delivery with business value
Oversee software release planning, platform upgrades, and adoption
What We're Looking For
Proven track record leading marketing tech initiatives in enterprise environments
Deep understanding of Adobe AEP stack, and AWS ecosystem
People leadership experience in agile and continuous delivery environments
Strong technical foundation (e.g., Java, Spring, Angular)
A strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into execution
