GAZMAN has a great opportunity for an experienced Garment Technician to join our Product team for a temporary contract, working 3 days per week over the next 8 weeks.

In this role, you'll work closely with our Product Development team to interpret garment designs, develop detailed garment specifications, and ensure our products meet the highest quality and fit standards in line with our brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create accurate garment specifications, including sketches, graded measurements, and make details.
  • Coordinate fittings, measure garments, and ensure construction accuracy.
  • Liaise with offshore suppliers to clarify specifications and resolve fit, grading, and construction queries.
  • Check proto, fit, PP, and shipment samples to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Support the Product and Production teams to meet deadlines within the development and production timelines.

About you:

  • 5–10 years' experience in garment construction and pattern making, ideally in menswear
  • Proven ability to create precise specifications and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and offshore suppliers
  • Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes and quality standards
  • Skilled in MS Office and Adobe Illustrator
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail

This role is based in our Support Office in Malvern.
