About therole

Viterra is looking for multipleskilled Recruitment Administrators to join our team on a 4-monthcontract. In this vital role, you will support the recruitment ofover 1,500 harvest casuals, contributing directly to one of ourbusiest and most important seasonal operations. This is a greatopportunity to gain hands-on experience in high-volume recruitmentwithin a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Duties

  • Assist with the end-to-endrecruitment process.
  • Act as the primary point ofcontact for candidates and hiring managers, providing timelyand accurate information throughout the recruitmentprocess.
  • Maintain and updaterecruitment databases and systems to ensure accurate andup-to-date candidate information.
  • Schedule and coordinateinterviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Book medical appointments forselected candidates and ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate training sessionsfor hired candidates, ensuring all necessary materials andresources are available.
  • Conduct visa checks to ensurecandidates meet legal requirements for employment.

Aboutyou

  • Previous experience in arecruitment or administrative role is highlydesirable.
  • Strong organisational skillswith the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-pacedenvironment.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaisewith candidates and hiring managers.
  • Attention to detail andaccuracy in handling candidate information anddocumentation.
  • Proficiency in usingMicrosoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintainconfidentiality and handle sensitive information withprofessionalism.
  • Flexibility and adaptabilityto changing priorities and business needs.
  • Gain valuable experience inthe recruitment field within a reputable company.
