The Guest Services Attendant, reporting to the Assistant Guest Services Manager, promotes positive customer relationships and assists with all queries relating to The Star Sydney car park with courtesy and efficiency. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a thrilling new era for our Front Office & Concierge team.

• Adhere to all cash handling procedures, and record all cheque, money and room charge transactions in the MICROS system in accordance with policy and procedure
• Assist the Assistant Guest Services Manager to maintain daily reconciliation and accounting records, retail sales trends and reports, and provide performance reports as required
• Complete carpark validation functions, program carpark vouchers and validate access cards
• Advise your leader of any equipment faults to ensure minimum system downtime and report any customer requests for assistance such as vehicle breakdowns to Security staff
• Check patrons\' coats, bags, umbrellas and other articles for temporary safekeeping

• Exposure to a Hospitality environment
• Experience in a customer service role
• Verbal and written communication skills

With a keen attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure, you consistently provide guests with a seamless experience from the moment they arrive at The Star Sydney.

Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our Front Office & Concierge department at The Star Sydney.
