Quality Assurance Officer

  • 58.76 p/h + penalties
  • Located in Mannering Park, NSW
  • Short term role (22nd September to 31st October)
  • Day shift (7am - 3pm) or Night shift (5pm - 1am) available

About Our Client:

WorkPac is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Officer to join our client's team for a power station outage project. This role is crucial for ensuring work is delivered to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality.

What you will be doing:

  • Drive a strong quality culture for the project - Get it Right the First Time
  • Perform inspections and verify ITP (Inspection Test Plan) completion
  • Provide shift-based QA monitoring and assurance support
  • Maintain accurate records and support QA documentation and knowledge capture
  • Assist with traceability and punch list management

What you will need:

  • White Card
  • Trade, Engineering, or QA / QC background in heavy industry or power generation
  • Hands-on experience with inspection processes and quality systems
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently across 10-hour day or night shifts
  • A collaborative, quality-focused mindset to support a critical site event
