We represent a leading independent Australian law firm with a strong national presence and a reputation for delivering exceptional results.

The team provides comprehensive advice across acquisitions and sales, due diligence, structured titles, joint venture agreements, leasing, licensing and project conveyancing. The team partners with a diverse client base, including developers, property trusts, private owners, landlords, tenants, and body corporates, offering commercial and practical solutions to high-value matters.

Position Description

In this role, you will:

  • Advise on commercial conveyancing, acquisitions, disposals, and development projects
  • Work on leasing matters across both commercial and retail portfolios
  • Support developers on residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects, including Greenfield subdivisions
  • Assist private clients and body corporates with a wide range of property-related issues
  • Draft contracts, agreements, and other property documentation with precision and commercial insight
  • Contribute to the success of a collaborative and high-performing team while developing your own expertise in property law

Key Requirements

You will be a qualified lawyer with:

  • 2–3 years' PAE, ideally gained in a mid or large-sized commercial law firm
  • Demonstrated experience in property or real estate law, including conveyancing and leasing
  • Strong drafting, research, and technical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive and commercial approach to client service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence to liaise directly with clients
  • The ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while contributing as a supportive team member
