We are hiring multiple role "Cyber Security Specialist" for our Federal Government Client.

Contract Duration – 12 months+ 24 months extension

Work Location - Canberra (work 3 days from office and 2 days from home each week)

Security Clearance – NV1

Role 1: Cyber Security Incident Lead - EL1 Level

  • 5 years experience in a similar Cyber Security Incident response type of role.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in cyber incident management working with the toolsets and platforms noted under the technical skills section.
  • Demonstrated experience with: Incident Response Azure Sentinel Defender XDR Splunk Active Directory Ticket management systems

Role 2: Lead Cyber Threat Analysts - EL1 Level

  • Minimum 5 years technical Cyber Security experience across the following toolsets and disciplines – Incident Response Azure Stack (DevOps, Sentinel, Monitor, EntraID, Azure ARC, Defender for Cloud, Conditional Access) Infrastructure as Code (IAC) Scripting Defender XDR Splunk Active Directory Ticket management / case management systems
  • Demonstrated experience using Azure Infrastructure as Code (IAC) within a DevOps environment.

Role 3: Junior Security Analysts - APS4 Level

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Cyber Security related role
  • Demonstrated experience with the toolsets and platforms noted under the technical skills section
  • Demonstrated experience producing standard operating procedures in a Cyber environment and producing operational technical documentation/user guides for cyber designated systems.
  • Experience in an IT environment in Change Management reviews in particular firewall rules.
  • Experience working with ITIL processes.
  • Communicating to end users regarding cyber requests, issues and queries.
