The Role

As an RPA Developer, you'll be at the heart of EML's drive to work smarter, streamlining processes and delivering tech-driven solutions that make a real difference. You'll be part of a high-performing, customer-focused team, always looking for new ways to improve how we work and deliver value through automation.

This will be a permanent, full time position based in the Sydney office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week.

Your Responsibilities
  • Design, build and implement automation processes that streamline the way we work.
  • Monitor and maintain automations post-launch, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
  • Partner with Business Analysts to translate requirements into smart, scalable solutions.
  • Ensure every automation meets high quality and security standards.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Act as the go-to expert for RPA development and UiPath technologies.
About You
  • Full Australian working rights without restriction.
  • UiPath certification ( Associate or Professional ) with strong hands-on UiPath expertise is essential.
  • Solid programming skills in C# and/or Python, with bonus points for experience integrating AI/ML models and APIs.
  • At least 3 years' experience in automation development and process improvement.
  • Confidence working with SQL Server, Web APIs and Visual Studio.
  • Experience in agile environments, ideally with Scrum, JIRA and Confluence.
  • Strong organisational skills, time management and a focus on high-quality delivery.
