Restaurant Manager – Schnitz Gold Coast Airport

Schnitz is all about fresh, made-to-order schnitzels served with passion and pride. We're growing our team at Gold Coast Airport and are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team and deliver a great customer experience.
About the RoleAs Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and daily operations of the restaurant. Your duties will include:
- Leading, motivating and developing a team to deliver exceptional service
- Managing rostering, payroll input, and labour costs in line with budgets
- Overseeing stock control, ordering, and supplier management
- Ensuring food safety, workplace health & safety, and compliance standards are met
- Driving sales, managing costs and delivering strong financial results
- Handling customer feedback and ensuring a positive dining experience
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members
- Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment at all times
- Be part of a fun and supportive team environment
