Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare weekly margin reports and monthly profit and loss statements for the site
  • Collaborate with site leaders to find opportunities to improve financial performance
  • Be present on-site to help solve problems and drive ongoing improvements
  • Manage budget planning, forecasting updates, and analyze any variances
  • Support costing for new products and review performance after launch
  • Assist with planning and reviewing capital projects
  • Conduct monthly reviews of site overhead costs with leadership
  • Participate in national projects when required

About You:
  • 2+ years experience as a Finance Business Partner
  • Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, and or transferable related industries may also be considered
  • CA/CPA qualified or working towards, preferred
  • Solid commercial understanding with strong analytical skills
  • Able to communicate financial ideas clearly to different audiences
  • High integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
