About the Role:

We are seeking passionate and results-driven Territory Manager to join our recently expanded field sales team.

As a Territory Manager, you'll represent multiple leading brands across independent retailers in the Perth territory. Working as part of a dynamic team, you'll be responsible for managing relationships, driving sales to achieve targets and upholding high standards in execution and compliance of in-store activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and grow sales within independent retailers across your designated territory.
  2. Develop strong relationships with store owners, managers, and key decision-makers.
  3. Present, promote, and merchandise multiple brands to maximize in-store impact.
  4. Identify sales opportunities and negotiate deals to increase distribution and off location activities.
  5. Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and feedback to the leadership team.
  6. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve sales targets.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Sales experience in FMCG, field sales, or independent retail channels.
  2. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  5. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (travel within the territory required).
