We're looking for a hands-on Systems Administrator to keep our users productive and our platforms running smoothly, based in Collingwood, VIC on a Full Time basis. You'll have strong customer service skills to handle day-to-day support (Levels 1–3) for our users and systems, and act as an escalation point for complex issues. You'll partner closely with stakeholders at all levels across the business, as well as our external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 1/2/3 support across Windows, M365, networking, applications and hardware; act as an escalation point for more complex incidents, with support from our partner MSP when needed.
  • Administer our Azure VM environment, ensuring servers are pro-actively monitored and healthy.
  • Administer Microsoft Cloud platform services (AAD, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint), Active Directory/Azure AD, and endpoint security tools.
  • Administer and maintain laptops, mobiles, servers and network devices; perform software installs and upgrades.
  • Maintain network security (firewalls, VPNs, host security, permissions).
  • Field and triage incoming requests courteously via phone/email; document, prioritise and escalate where needed; ensure all activities are logged in our ticket system; operate within business SLA requirements.
  • Troubleshoot systems and applications; perform preventative maintenance; build user knowledge with training and KB articles.
  • Champion a strong cyber-security culture across the company.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years IT support experience
  • Strong M365 admin, Intune, AD/AAD/EXTRA and Windows 11 skills; comfortable working within an ITIL framework service environment.
  • You'll have a 'continuous improvement' mindset.
  • Proven troubleshooting across hardware, software, mobile and network issues.
  • Nice to have: AI/Automation experience; ConnectWise experience; experience with business apps such as PowerApps/Quickbase/Lighthouse.
