Overview

Client Care Coordinator | Clinical Administration | 3IC for Victoria

We are seeking an experienced and switched-on customer service/admin professional ready to step into a Client Care Coordinator (3IC) role for our Victoria region. In this permanent full-time position you will be supporting our Frontline Team Leaders and State Managers to ensure high levels of customer service and efficient operations across our VIC clinics.

What you will be doing

  • Ensuring a high level of customer service and client care across the region
  • Assisting with rostering and arranging/providing cover where required
  • Supporting and increasing the efficiency of clinic operations across the region
  • Providing training and general support to the Client Care team
  • Assisting with local area marketing event planning and logistics
  • Acting as 3IC for the region

What you need to be successful in this role

  • Solid experience in client care and administration, ideally in a multi-site environment (healthcare related experience highly regarded)
  • Flexibility and a hands-on and agile approach
  • Ability to travel between clinics
  • Good people skills and ambition & potential to step into a future leadership role
  • A passion for delivering an amazing client experience
  • Great communication and active listening skills
  • Resilience, self-motivation and lots of energy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
