Job Description

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support technology-driven projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and manage potential impacts of change initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver communication plans to ensure stakeholder engagement and understanding.
  • Facilitate training sessions to equip staff with the skills needed to adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Create and maintain project documentation related to change management activities.
  • Work closely with the organisation change manager, project team to align change activities with project timelines and objectives.
  • Provide ongoing support to staff during the transition period, addressing concerns and queries.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Change Analyst should have :

Experience in implementing change management strategies within the technology space.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Proficiency in creating training materials and delivering training sessions.Has previous experience working in the education industry.Excellent organisational and time management skills to meet project deadlines.A flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving.Familiarity with change management frameworks and methodologies.
