Hi, I'm Bec, co-founder and Managing Director of Progress Pathways. Our small but mighty team of 12 therapists has built three thriving practices across Kedron, North Lakes, and Burleigh Heads. Founded in 2022, Progress Pathways aims to give kids more opportunities to thrive and be the best workplace for allied health professionals. We're a collaborative, values-driven team refining session structures and integrating tools like AI to reduce admin load so our team can focus on delivering quality care.

We're looking for 2–3 Paediatric OTs to join our Kedron team, supporting children aged 12 years and under.

Your work will include:

• Understanding each family's needs.
• Creating and delivering tailored therapy plans.
• Building strong, trusting relationships with families.
• Autonomy to design your caseload and schedule, backed by unlimited CPD and future career opportunities as we continue to grow.

Registration – Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist, with eligibility to work in Queensland.

Communication & Collaboration – Proven ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Commitment to Growth – Evidence of ongoing personal and professional development.

Diversity & Inclusion – Experience working effectively with diverse clients and team members.

Additional requirements:

• Graduates – a genuine desire to build your career supporting children in a private practice setting (paediatric placements advantageous).
• Experienced OTs – minimum 2 years of paediatric experience. Experience supporting NDIS participants, including report writing, is highly valued.
