The opportunity:

As the Stockroom Manager, you are the Inventory Controller, responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels to meet customer demand and ensuring proper storage of products and marketing collateral.

You'll play a key role in:

• Driving scheduled cycle counts to identify and prevent out-of-stock SKUs.
• Using data and reports to support operational duties and reduce shrinkage loss.
• Monitoring negative stock levels and following up with the store team.
• Implementing continuous improvement initiatives through coaching and collaboration with management, supply chain, and planning teams.
• Managing stock distribution and organization, making confident stock decisions as needed.
• Training the team on shrinkage and back-of-house policies and procedures.
• Processing stock arrivals, managing returns, and liaising with external stakeholders for stock pickup.

We want to hear from you if:

• You are willing to work a 38-hour rotating roster.
• You have retail stock management experience, including cycle counts, product launches, visual merchandising, people management, profit & loss management of stock levels, and sales forecasting.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint & SAP (desirable).
• You are physically fit to lift boxes up to 15kg.
• You have a results-driven mindset with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• You are passionate about client service and experiential retail, ensuring stock levels support the Sephora brand.
• You value a positive culture where everyone is recognized and supported through feedback, coaching, and development.
