The opportunity:

As the Stockroom Manager, you are the Inventory Controller responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels to meet customer demand and ensuring proper storage of products and marketing/animation collateral.

You'll play a key role in:

  • Driving scheduled cycle counts to adjust stock and prevent out-of-stock SKUs
  • Using data and reports to support operations and reduce shrinkage
  • Monitoring and investigating negative stock levels and following up with the team
  • Implementing continuous improvement through coaching and collaboration with management, Supply Chain, and Planning teams
  • Managing stock distribution and organization, including ad hoc stock decisions
  • Training the team on shrinkage and back-of-house policies
  • Processing stock arrivals, managing returns, and liaising with external stakeholders for stock pick-up

We want to hear from you if:

  • You are willing to work a 38-hour rotating roster
  • You have retail stock management experience, including cycle counts, product launches, visual merchandising, people management, profit & loss management, and sales forecasting
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and SAP (desirable)
  • You are physically fit to lift up to 15kg
  • You have a track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • You are passionate about client service and experiential retail
  • You value a positive culture of feedback, career development, coaching, and recognition
