Service Access Officer

Positions: Two Full-time, Permanent

Join a not-for-profit health care provider dedicated to community wellbeing. We are seeking individuals with experience in the health or community sector who are passionate about supporting our community.

The Service Access Officer role involves providing information and intake support to clients, including referral intake, needs assessment, risk evaluation, and client prioritization to help clients achieve their health and independence goals. The role also includes facilitating appropriate referrals to internal and external agencies.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the health and/or community sector
  • Certificate III to IV in Business Administration or equivalent (desirable)
  • Current Victorian Driver's Licence
  • Current Working with Children Check
