Oral Health Victoria (formerly Dental Health Services Victoria) is the leading public oral health agency in Victoria. We are seeking a permanent part-time Orderly Attendant to join our diverse, close-knit Central Sterile Services team at The Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne. A critical role to RDHM's operations, if you enjoy being busy, have great people skills and value supporting others, this could be the job for you

• Transporting clinical instruments from the clinics to the Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD) for sterilisation/processing via trolleys.
• Assemble and package surgical instrument trays in accordance with hospital standards, as required.
• Cleaning handheld clinical equipment.
• Ensuring infection control of trolleys and related equipment.
• Transport medically stable patients through areas of the hospitals as needed.

• You are highly organised and work efficiently in a structured environment.
• You thrive under pressure and can remain focused during busy periods.
• You value a diverse and inclusive workplace and enjoy being part of a collaborative team.
• You have a friendly, professional manner and a strong focus on customer service.
• Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of infection control practices will be highly regarded.
